Abstract

Pemilihan calon Wali Nagari merupakan sebuah kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat dengan melakukan aktifitas pemungutan suara untuk menentukan pemimpin dalam sebuah kenagarian yang ada di daerah. Calon Wali Nagari itu sendiri atau yang setingkat dengan kelurahan merupakan seorang yang dipercaya dalam memimpin masyarakat di suatu kawasan atau daerah. Dalam menentukan pemilihan calon wali nagari, adapun penelitian ini menggunakan sebuah konsep Sistem Pendukung keputusan (SPK) dengan metode TOPSIS. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang dibangun ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi pilihan kepada masyarakat terhadap calon Wali Nagari yang akan memimpin dimasa yang akan datang. Metode TOPSIS yang digunakan dapat melakukan sebuah perhitungan yang dimulai dengan menentukan kriteria dari variabel yang digunakan, kemudian menciptakan matrik dan dilanjutkan pada proses matriks solusi lalu pada akhirnya proses akan masuk pada tahap perangkingan hingga keluaran yang dapat merekomendasikan calon Wali Nagari yang terbaik untuk dapat memimpin masyarakatnya pada periode selanjutnya. Hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian juga memberikan sebuah model ataupun bentuk sistem yang semi tersruktur dalam penentuan calon Wali Nagari menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan metode TOPSIS. Sehingga manfaat yang akan dapat adalah memberikan rekomendasi kemudahan bagi masyarakat untuk memilih calon Wali Nagari secara tepat dan akurat.

Abstract

The implementation of online lectures using blended learning needs to be assessed to find out the performance activities of lecturers with students in using the learning activity management system (LAMS) feature and reward lecturers with the best performance. Based on the assessment system of the best lecturers previously have not used the right methods so that the resulting decision is still not right and not accurate. This research aims to implement the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in the assessment process of lecturers who are the best in using LAMS. The performance of the AHP method can determine the weight value of criteria consistently and can perform a role to produce solutions in decision making. The criteria indicators used to consist of Interactive Video Teaching Materials (C1), Audio Teaching Materials (C2), URLs (C3), Forum/FBL (C4), Slide Teaching Materials (C5), Assignments (C6), Quiz (C7), Attendance (C8), and Labels (C9). The results of this study showed that the performance of the Decision Support System (DSS) using the AHP method can determine a better weight value with a consistency level of 0.080049762 from 0.1. These results presented with AHP performance can provide weighting value on each criterion and continue the multiplication process with the best lecturer assessment data to get the results of the battle. Overall these results concluded that each criterion had a degree of consistent relationship in the best lecturer assessment on LAMS.

Abstract

Menu planning in a restaurant is part of the sales strategy. Each menu has a different level of sales. To determine the effectiveness of sales and raw materials, restaurants need knowledge of what menus need to be maintained and vice versa. An analysis that can determine the sales level menu is the analysis of the k-means algorithm data mining clustering method. The source of research data is from the history of menu sales transactions for 1 year, then analyzed by the k-means algorithm. The information found is in the form of popular F&B menus and sales level menus. The purpose of this study is to group the data menu on the level of sales (Food and Beverage). The method used is the Clustering method with the performance of the K-Means algorithm. The results showed that the clustering method with the K-Means algorithm gave a significant output in grouping sales data. The research contribution provides knowledge in the form of information in conducting sales data management

Abstract

Ordering goods online on the Marketplace is a very popular public habit today because it is very easy to use which can save time, cost, and effort. One of the most visited Marketplaces by customers is the Shopee Marketplace, in this Marketplace, many customers have difficulty determining the best item because the same item is available in several stores with different characteristics, so many ordered items do not match what they expect. This study aims to apply an analytical model in determining the best order for goods on the Shopee Marketplace using a Decision Support System (SPK) with the Weighted Product (WP) method. The performance of the WP method is able to perform weighted multiplication on each criterion after being ranked and the decision results in the form of ranking produce solutions in determining the best order for goods on the Shopee Marketplace. The criteria used to consist of Price (C1), Product Quality (C2), Online Customer Reviews (C3), Number of Goods Sold (C4), Delivery Time (C5), Payment System (C6), and Shipping Discounts (C7). The results of this study which are presented in the performance of the WP method are able to determine the highest value of goods in several stores in the same type of goods, after the ranking results, namely Item A, Store 5, get a value of 0.130237 as the best order of goods.
